THE NUMBER 10 BUS IS BACK SERVICING LYMPNE!
Help us celebrate this victory for local people. A chance to say thanks to everyone who wrote letters and emails to KCC and Stagecoach in support of the reinstatement of this service. A chance to say well done to those who shared their stories about the hardship they faced without access to a bus service in Lympne, to those who applied to join the Kent Karrier scheme. All of the above put on the pressure which resulted in this success, which doesn’t happen often!
We are taking the bus from Hythe, outside Waitrose on Monday 13th November at 9:30am and alighting outside the County Members, Lympne.
As a special treat, the County Members will be open from 10am on Monday 13th and teas, coffees and cakes, will be provided.
Hopefully the press will be there to record this, so come and join us at 10am at the County Members or in Hythe at the bus stop outside of Waitrose 9.30am.
