TRIM TRAIL TREE WORK- ITS NOT THE PARISH COUNCIL
The tree work currently being carried out at the Trim Trail is scheduled work by the District Council.

I have been informed that comments have been made on the village’s Facebook pages about the trim trail.
I just want to confirm that the tree work is being carried out by Folkestone and Hythe District Council as part of their scheduled work and is not linked to the proposed work to improve access by the Parish Council.
The District Council are removing some dead trees and dealing with Ash Dieback. There is also a programme to introduce new tree species to the area to replace those that, for necessity, must be removed.
Any future work carried out by us as the Parish will not involve removing any trees. The plan is purely to make the location more accessible, especially in the areas where, during certain times of the year, the path is not usable by those of all abilities.
Thank you- The Parish Clerk
